Shipping Policy – Crafted Bites

All items are shipped from the UK.

Thank you for shopping with Crafted Bites. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all our customers.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) via Royal Mail. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions over £300, which will be clearly stated on our website.

4. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
If international shipping is available, delivery times and costs will vary depending on the destination and customs processes.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

6. Delays & Issues
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Crafted Bites is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. Crafted Bites cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Important information

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a basket to complete payment for return shipping costs, subsequently we will send you a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
