Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns or exchanges within 7 days

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in suitable packaging.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement item.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. In some cases, return shipping details or labels will be issued once arrangements have been confirmed.

Please ensure items are securely packaged when returning, as we cannot be responsible for damage during return transit.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Personalised and handmade items

As many of our products are handmade and/or personalised, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural and part of the uniqueness of each item. These variations are not considered faults.

Personalised items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days of approval, though it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if production or dispatch has not yet begun. Once an order is in progress or completed, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
